Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Subsrf's browser extension, Figma plugin, and web services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Subsrf ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@subsrf.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to capture or transmit content you do not have the right to access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Abuse, circumvent, or attempt to bypass credit limits or tier restrictions
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without written permission
4. Subscriptions and Credits
Subsrf offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro). Paid tiers are billed monthly. AI credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@subsrf.dev if you believe you were charged in error.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by Subsrf. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Content you capture using the Service belongs to you (or its original rights holder).
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Figma, and Supabase. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subsrf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
